Hypnotherapy + Tap Imagery - About
RelieveYourMind.com - Unleash the power of your subconscious . . .

Frances O'Brien is a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the country's first college of Hypnotherapy to receive national accreditation.  It was founded in 1968 by Dr. John Kappas and is located in Tarzana, California.

At HMI, Frances received a complete and extensive program of classes, workshops and demonstrations as well as a thorough clinical internship.

As a Certified Hypnotherapist, she continues to study and research hypnotherapy as well as other alternative and holistic healing methods in order to broaden her scope of knowledge and to remain apprised of new findings and information.

Since receiving her certification, she has gone on to become a speaker and teacher of stress relief and other natural healing techniques, including hypnotherapy, EFT, dream therapy, body syndromes and others. (See the Events tab for classes.)  She has also published a book on the subject, entitled Your Three Clicks:  Find Your Natural Healing Technique.

Frances welcomes the opportunity to serve you and to help you accomplish your goals.  Feel free to read her biography.
